In our in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Evaluation Home Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible! We follow an 8-step “Feel Home” philosophy to maximize each room design. This service can take up to 3 hours and is designed to give you all the expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself. Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell? No worries, this staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start staging the main areas of the home. You will receive a step-by-step report during our consultation to complete before any staging starts. This service can take up to 6 hours and you won’t believe the difference a few hours makes by just using what you already own!
Full-Day Staging

Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? If so, this service simply extends our time together. We will tackle all the main areas of your home and bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for setting the stage for buyers to fall in love! We will follow the same Half-Day Staging guidelines but with this service lasting up to 10 hours.
**Additional services are available based upon the home’s needs and seller’s budget (Ex: Power Shopping and Accessory Rental) .
