Half-Day Staging

Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell?  No worries, this staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start staging the main areas of the home. You will receive a step-by-step report during our consultation to complete before any staging starts.  This service can take up to 6 hours and you won’t believe the difference a few hours makes by just using what you already own!

Full-Day Staging

Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? If so, this service simply extends our time together.  We will tackle all the main areas of your home and bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for setting the stage for buyers to fall in love! We will follow the same Half-Day Staging guidelines but with this service lasting up to 10 hours.

**Additional services are available based upon the home’s needs and seller’s budget (Ex: Power Shopping and Accessory Rental) .
